| | Helping our friend Jess paint her twins' room at their new house. I did a design that implemented pink and green since Jess had picked a fabric that she wanted to make their comforters out of, so I used that for inspiration. When they had bought the house, the walls were all basic white so we had no idea what colors the rooms were before. The eerie part is that when they were pulling the shelf out of the closet in the girls' room (one out of three possible rooms that could've been theirs, I might add), underneath the white paint, you could see the previous color scheme of that room, which was pink and green. Not just any pink and green either, it was pretty much an exact match  . Coincidence? Probably, since that color scheme has become very popular over the past couple of years for kids rooms. Either way, it gives me the heebie jeebies.
